REFUND AND RETURNS
Currently, we do not offer exchange, refunds or returns on any product that’s delivered in the best of condition. However, if the product is damaged or missing we are open to replace your order.
prerequisites to qualify for a exchange on a damaged/missing product :
- Within 24 hours of receiving the defective/missing item, a return request must be made.
- Mandatory unboxing video of the product which will help to evaluate the issue.
